Breakfast at the Hotel. Continue with a Half day Guided Tour of Istanbul visiting: Hagia Sophia (or Aya Sofya), The Cathedral built by Emperor Justinian, considered a significant sample of Byzantine art and engineering. The Basilica became a Mosque (AyaSofia) during the Ottoman Empire and is now one of Istanbul's most important Museums (a UNESCO-listed). It houses an extensive collection of Ottoman/Byzantine era antiquities and objects that once belonged to 15th-century Sultans. Continue to The Blue Mosque, One of Istanbul's most recognized sites built by Sultan Ahmed I in the 17th century to exceed the beauty of Hagia Sophia. This Imperial Mosque is a striking sight with its multiple cascading domes and minarets, and inside beautiful blue Iznik tiles cover the walls. When visiting the Mosque, you are asked to dress modestly (no shorts), remove your shoes at the entrance; women should cover their heads with a scarf, turn off your flash camera and walk/talk quietly after all this is a place of worship. Istanbul's Byzantine Hippodrome, This arena was the center of Byzantium's life used for chariot races and public meetings. Built by The Roman Emperor Septimus Severus; admire the display of different Museums such as The Egyptian Obelisk of Thutmose III, The Serpentine Column, and the Walled Obelisk. The Hippodrome is now public park a favorite meeting place for people. Grand Bazaar: The oldest covered market in the world, its passages, and alleys lined with over four thousand shops, here you find carpets, spices, art pieces, jewelry, and leather, bargaining with the shopkeepers is accepted. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast at your Hotel continue with a Half day Bosphorus tour. Visit Istanbul's Spice Market, also known as Egyptian Bazaar, since many goods came from Egypt a few centuries ago. Visit the City Walls, The Golden Horn and Cruise the Bosphorus by Public Boat.

Optional tour at an extra cost: Istanbul by Night: Enjoy the performance of a Traditional Turkish Show with belly dancers and live music. Tour Includes Dinner, transfers, and limited local drinks.

After breakfast transfer to the Airport for your flight to Kayseri airport. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.

After breakfast at your hotel depart for a full day Cappadocia tour. The tour begins with a visit to the fantastic Rock Formations in Devrent valley. And then Zelve-Pasabag valley where the voice of wind mixes with "the songs of fairies," with its mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys, once the hiding places of Stylites and Hermits. The Pasabag Valley includes some of the most breathtaking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. After lunch at local restaurant, we visit Avanos the center of terra-cotta work of art since 3000 BC. Avanos is where the Hallys river meanders leaving the red Clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries. Later drive to the famous Goreme Open Air Museum to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia. Goreme is a UNESCO World, Heritage List. The Museum is composed of intricate Monasteries placed beside one another, each containing its Church. The Rock Churches still have beautiful frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. The tour finishes with the Uchisar Rock Castle to have fabulous panoramic views. Drive back to the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Kayseri Airport for your return flight via Istanbul.
