Passenger locator form (or PLF form) is mandatory for all international travelers visiting Greece.

Turkey - to become a safe tourist destination before 2021 summer season
Turkey requires that US citizens 6 years and older have a negative Covid-19 test result taken 72 hours or less before their flight to enter.
Travellers who will be arriving in Turkey by air travel must fill the Traveller Entry Form on register.health.gov.tr within 72 hours before their trip. When the form is filled in, a HES code is created for traveller who will be able to use this code during their travel and accommodation in Turkey. The use of a mask is mandatory in all areas of the country, so passengers must wear mask at all times, even inside the vehicles.
