Board your International flight to Lima Peru, we offer departures from most major Cities in Canada or the USA. Arrival in Lima, proceed to clear Customs and Immigration. American and Canadian Passport holders do not need a Visa. Your passport has to be valid for 6 months past your return date. After you will be met by our Representative who will transfer you to your Hotel and give you an orientation of your Tour. Overnight in Lima.

After breakfast enjoy a half day City Tour of Lima. We start our tour with a panoramic view of the "Pucllana Pyramid" a magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the 4th century. We visit the Historical Center of Lima, where you will appreciate the Colonial Monuments and buildings, such as the Paseo de la Republica, the San Martin Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others. Visit the Museum of the Banco Central, where we will admire the "Treasures of Peru" Collection, a fine selection of objects made of gold, ceramics and textiles from different Pre-Columbian cultures. Visit the San Francisco Convent, which displays the largest collection of religious art in America. Our highlight will be the visit of the underground vaults, known as "Catacumbas" or Catacombs. Finally we will visit traditional residential areas of Lima, such as El Olivar of San Isidro, and Miraflores. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Lima.

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival our Representative will transfer you to your Hotel. In the afternoon enjoy a half day Cusco City Tour. Visit The Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the nearby ruins: Qenqo (Ceremonial and Ritual center, place where sacrifices were made), Puca Pucara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a tambo), Tambomachay (also called "The Bath of the Inca") and Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Overnight on board in Cusco.

Breakfast at your Hotel. After transfer to Ollantaytambo Train Station to board the Expedition Train to Machu Picchu. The Journey takes approximate two hours. Upon arrival in Machu Picchu Pueblo (also known as Aguas Calientes or Mapi) you board a bus for a thirty minutes ride to the top of the mountain where the archeological site is located. Upon arrival tour the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu. The great mountain-top city abandoned by the Inca Empire, reclaimed by the jungle and lost to humanity until its rediscovery in 1911. The legendary 'Lost City' is without a doubt one of the world's most impressive archaeological sites. Built by the Incas on the summit of "Machu Picchu" (old peak), overlooking the deep canyon of the Urubamba river. It sits on a mountain site of extraordinary beauty, in the middle of a tropical mountain forest; Machu Picchu was probably the most amazing urban creation of the Inca Empire at its height, with its giant walls, terraces and ramps, which appear as though they have been cut naturally in the continuous rock escarpments. Return to the Town of Ollantaytambo by Expedition Train; Continue by road to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

Transfer to the Bus Station Puno, Capital of the Puno Province in South-eastern Peru; on the shores of Lake Titicaca. The journey takes approximately 8 hours, with very interesting stops is a great opportunity to explore Peru. On the way stop for a visit to the Little Chapel of Andahuaylillas, a beautiful Church also known as the Sistine Chapel of the Andes. Second stop at the Archeological Center of Raqchi on of the most important sites from the Incan Empire; the highlight here is the Temple of Wiracocha. Lunch is in the small Village of Sicuani. Then, visit La Raya (highest point on the route 4,335 MASL, where Cusco (Qechua culture) and Puno (Aymara culture) join. From here you get beautiful views of the Andes. Continue with a visit to the archeological site of Pucara and Kalasaya known for its ceremonial Pyramids. Upon arrival our representative will transfer you to your Hotel. Overnight in Puno.

Breakfast at hotel. Full Day Excursion to Lake Titicaca the highest navigable lake of the world; 3,860 m (12,421 ft) above sea level, on the Peruvian Altiplano. First you will visit the Floating Islands of Uros, which are inhabited by the old Aymara people; descendants of a nearly extinct culture who have lived on floating Islands for thousands of years. They use a giant bulrush "Totora" only found in South America in the construction of Islands, houses and rafts. In the afternoon, you will visit Sillustani Chullpas, one of the largest archeological areas in America. These are impressive burial monuments standing over 12 meters high stone cylinder burial chambers, used by Aymaras to bury their important leaders. Return to Puno. Overnight in Puno.

Breakfast at hotel. Early morning (06:30 am) depart for Copacabana. One of the most important Towns in Bolivia on the shores of Lake Titicaca. Drive three hours along the shores of Lake Titicaca enjoying the views of the Lake surrounded by mountains. Upon arrival Enjoy a short Tour of the Main Square; The Town is known for its 16th Century Basilica. Then transfer to the pier to board a Catamaran Cruise to visit Sun Island. The largest and most important of the Islands located in Lake Titicaca. Sun Island is on the Bolivian side, and is of great significance to the Inca civilization. Tour the Island visiting the Inca Garden, Inca Stairs, and Inca Water Spring. The next port of call is the Complex of IntiWata, where you learn about the agricultural terraces of the Incas. Enjoy an Ancient Sailing demonstration of a Tortora Raft, an a panoramic visit to the Inca Palace at Pilcokaina. Lunch is on board the Catamaran. Continue by Catamaran to the Port of Chua where you disembark for your road transfer to La Paz City. They Arrive in La Paz City approximately 19:30. Upon arrival check in at your Hotel. Overnight in La Paz.

Breakfast at your Hotel. Later visit the famous market of Las Brujas (the Witches) and the Colonial Church of San Francisco. Continue with Plaza Murillo where the Metropolitan Cathedral is located, as well as the Government Palace and the Parliament. Then you will visit Jaen Street where the most important museums are concentrated. Changing the scenery, the walk continues towards the residential zones of Obrajes, Calacoto and The Florida. The walk ends with a visit to the spectacular Valley of the Moon. In the afternoon, you will visit the Ruins of Tiwanaku, which was the capital of an ancient civilization located only 76 km from the city of La Paz. During its days of glory, Tiwanaku was the main ceremonial center and cradle of the Andean culture. These pre-inca ruins started a series of archaeological debates. According to tests with carbon 14, the beginning of this culture would be circa the year 1580 AC. You will visit the Kalasasaya's Temple (Sun), the Puerta del Sol, the Semi-underground Templete, Akapana's Pyramid as well as the museum where a very impressive collection of objects and instruments of ancient civilizations are on permanent display. Overnight in La Paz.

Breakfast at your Hotel. Tour Ends. Transfer to the airport for your return flight.

Optional tour Peru: One day Nazca Lines Excursion: Visit the Town of Ica and take an overflight of the Nazca lines which were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994. They can only be seen from the air, edged in the Nazca desert sands around 600 A.D. Their origin is still a mystery.

Optional tour Bolivia: Visit the Uyuni Salt Flats: Visit the Salar of Uyuni, this natural wonder and the World's largest salt flat an 11,000-sq.-km. landscape of bright-white salt. This tour is a 2 night stay in Bolivia. Prices available upon request.
