ITINERARY

DAY 1 - Arrive Cairo
Arrival at Cairo International airport. You will be welcomed and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative. We offer a minimum of 4* Cairo Hotel with breakfast included.

DAY 2 - Full Day Cairo City Tour
After breakfast visit the Egyptian Museum where you will find artifacts of the Pharaonic era and the treasures of king Tutankhamen's tomb. Drive to Old Cairo, where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Sergius Church. After lunch, drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Enjoy a walking tour of the largest 13th century covered oriental market, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Lunch included, dinner at leisure.

DAY 3 - Cairo - Luxor
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Transfer to your 5* Nile cruise, Visit The Temple of Karnak & The Temple of Luxor Visit the West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, (Optional Sound & Light Show at the Karnak Temple). Lunch and dinner on board.

DAY 4 - Luxor - Edfu
Early morning sail to Edfu via Esna. Breakfast, Lunch, dinner on board.

DAY 5 - Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan
Travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak. Sail to Kom Ombo; visit Temple of Sobek and Haroeries. Sail to Aswan. Breakfast, Lunch dinner on board.


DAY 6 - Aswan
Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries & Philae Temple view of Kitchener's Island Botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca. (OPTIONAL SOUND & LIGHT SHOW AT PHILAE TEMPLE) Breakfast,lunch dinner included.

DAY 7 - Aswan - Cairo
After breakfast, disembarkation, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo. Or you may participate in an optional tour to Abu Simbel (Contact us for prices) visit the colossal Temple of Ramses II and the temple of his beloved Queen Nefertari, both temples carved out of a hillside beside the Nile in the 13th century BC. Transfer back to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo you are transferred to hotel.

DAY 8 - Cairo Pyramids Tour
After breakfast, drive to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which has stood for the last 5000 years. Complete your visit at Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum. After lunch, continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt, and then visit Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser. Evening, (Optional return to the Pyramids area for a Sound & Light Show) Lunch included.

DAY 9 - Depart Cairo
