If you are looking for local cuisine during your ixtapa vacation you will find traditional Mexican restaurants in the village of Zihuatanejo, they offer mainly seafood dishes influenced by traditional Mexican recipes at very reasonable prices.
Ixtapa vacation travel tips: There bus service connecting the two towns, but taking a taxi from your Hotel is the most convenient make sure you agree on the price before you get in.
