Depart to Quito or Guayaquil Ecuador from any major City in the USA and Canada.

Day 02: Saturday - Quito
Breakfast at the Hotel then take a Colonial city tour: Quito displays the largest colonial town of the Americas and is the first UNESCO's World Heritage Site. The City dates back to 980 A.D. Enjoy the eclectic architecture ranging from the modern quarters to varied colonial facades on churches and private residences decorated and balconies built along the last five centuries. Quito is one of the best preserved Colonial Cities in Latin America. Highlights of your tour: Walk along the so called street of the seven crosses and pass by the Jesuit Convent, once head quarters of the first university in the country, and El Sagrario church with a unique orthodox cross dating back to the seventeenth century. Metropolitan Cathedral with excellent samples of the Spanish renaissance, the monument of Simon Bolivar, The Basilica of the Heart of Jesus a great example of Gothic Architecture, Parks El Ejido and Alameda, Independence Square or Plaza Grande as it's known to local people flanked by the Presidential and the Archbishop's palaces, Continue approximately 11 miles (18 Km.) north of down town Quito, we visit "Mitad del Mundo" (Middle of the World) and the Equator Monument situated at 0º0'0" latitude. This site is where the Equator Line crosses through the Country dividing the Earth into Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
In the eighteenth century The French Geodesic Expedition erected here one of the three landmarks for their planet calculations to deduct the shape of the planet. This monument complex which replicates colonial architecture, a typical central plaza, a church and bull-fighting ring. We also visit the Intiñan Solar Museum, where you'll find scientific and experimental aspects of being right at the Equator.

Day 3: Sunday - Board Galapagos Cruise
Early this morning depart from Quito or Guayaquil to the Island of Baltra in the Galapagos. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Puerto Ayora to board the M/Y Coral, Coral I is a 36 passengers Expedition Yacht Coral II is a 20 passenger Expedition Yacht, depending on the day of departure your package will include either I or II.
After lunch on board start your daily excursions by visiting:
Santa Cruz Island
Visit Fausto Llerena Breeding Center, and Charles Darwin Research Station highlights of your visit: you will see Giant Tortoises, Darwin finches and a prickly pear cactus forest.

Day 4: Monday - Galapagos Cruise - Floreana Island
You will go on two excursions daily, one early morning and next one early afternoon after lunch, details of today's excursions:
In the morning visit Post Office Bay, here you see Darwin finches and green Pacific Sea Turtles. Learn the story about the old barrel set in 1792 by sailors working in the whaling industry, they will drop their letters in the barrel hoping other sailors heading back will take them back home, hence the name Post Office Bay.
Continue to Devil's Crown great spot for snorkeling with sting rays and colorful fish.
Afternoon visit: Cormorant Point, you find white and black mangrove, Flamingos, and sea turtles another great opportunity for snorkeling.
Difficulty level: Easy to moderate.
Type of terrain: Water, sandy and flat.

Day 5: Tuesday - Galapagos Cruise - Española Island
In the morning visit Gardner Bay here you find Hood mockingbirds great spot for snorkeling with marine wildlife such as sea lions and marine turtles. You can also arrange at an extra cost for some kayaking. Continue on to Osborn or Gardner Islets with more opportunities to enjoy marine life sightings and more snorkeling.
Afternoon visit Suarez Point home of the blowhole "El soplador", see Nazca and blue footed boobies, marine iguanas and Waved Albatross.
Difficulty level: Easy to demanding, some hiking.
Type of terrain: sandy and rocky.

Day 6: Wednesday - Galapagos Cruise - Daphne - Baltra - Disembarkation
This morning navigate around the Daphne Islands, known as Daphne Major and Daphne Minor, visits are restricted to researchers only, see the eroded tuff cone formations Blue footed boobies and red billed tropicbirds.
Continue on to Baltra for disembarkation. Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Quito. Upon arrival our representative will transfer you to your Quito Hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Quito.
