Orlando is a major city in central Florida, and has a population of more than 2 million people in the city and the metropolitan area.

Orlando is mostly known for being the home of Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld and Holy Land Experience, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney other amusement parks that attract large number of tourist to the area every year. Tourism plays a big role in the city's economy and bringing millions of visitors each year.

Orlando has a warm and humid climate, with two most noticeable seasons, the wet and hot season from June to September and the dry season from October to May bringing moderate temperatures to the area. During the hot season the temperature averages 32C to 37C and in the dry season temperatures reach lows of 10C and highs of 22C.

Aside from having great amusement parks, Orlando offers a great shopping experience; The Florida Mall is the largest shopping mall in Orlando, The Mall at Millenia with famous upscale department stores such as Bloomingdale's and Macy's plus the Orlando Fashion Square and Festival Bay Mall.
