Cartagena: is a city in the north of Colombia; the metropolitan area has a population of 1.2 million people and its Colombia's fifth largest city. The city is an economic center and a popular touristic destination. Cartagena has Colombia's most developed tourism infrastructure, and attracts visitors for its colonial charm, and nice weather.
Cartagena also features beaches for those looking for a day in the sun, some of the most popular beaches include Playa Blanca features white sands, white, green and blue waters, and it's located in the Baru area.
