Colombia Vacation Information:

Colombia is a nation of the South American continent. Colombia is the third largest Spanish speaking country in the world after Mexico and Spain. The population of Colombia is estimated at more than 45 million people. The capital city is Bogota located in the high altitudes of the Andes Mountains.

Colombia is rich in history and culture like most of South America, Colombian cities still preserve the Colonial architecture until today, and that is most noticeable in Cartagena and Bogota the capital city.
San Andres: is a Caribbean island located about two hours by plane or 720 km northwest of Colombia's Caribbean Coast. San Andres has the typical characteristic of all Caribbean islands, crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches, vibrant nightlife, colourful culture, luxurious accommodation and tons of sun and great weather.
Accommodation is available in El Centro as well as in the Decameron resorts, Decameron hotels Aquarium, Marazul, San Luis and Maryland. At El Centro, you can walk up to El Cliff and from fifty meters up you can catch a good view of the town and coral reefs. Things to do in San Andres include swimming, wind surfing, horseback riding, you can also rent a small boat to go fishing or explore the nearby cays. Diving and snorkelling is available, the water is calm in various areas and visibility is excellent.
Cartagena: is a city in the north of Colombia; the metropolitan area has a population of 1.2 million people and its Colombia's fifth largest city. The city is an economic center and a popular touristic destination. Cartagena has Colombia's most developed tourism infrastructure, and attracts visitors for its colonial charm, and nice weather.
Cartagena also features beaches for those looking for a day in the sun, some of the most popular beaches include Playa Blanca features white sands, white, green and blue waters, and it's located in the Baru area.
