Aruba is known as the destination where locals are eager to share their island with visiting toursits. Situated in the southern Caribbean, Aruba is 15 miles off the coast of Venezuela, and is 19.6 miles long. The official languages of Aruba are Dutch and Papiamento (which is a mixture of Spanish, Dutch and Portugese). However, English and Spanish are widely understood. The population in Aruba is 103,459 people, and the annual average temperature is 82 degrees fahrenheit. The main currency in Aruba is the florin, although the U.S. Dollar is widely accepted.

Most visitors are attracted to the casinos, clubs and bars and Aruba is particularly nice for being located outside the hurricane belt. To enter into Aruba, all Canadian residents may submit any of the following, a valid passport or an original birth certificate with a raised seal plus a photo ID or certificate of naturalization plus a photo ID for citizens born outside Canada. Tourists must go see the old California lighthouse and sand dunes, as well as the Historical buildings in Oranjestad.
